If you do, your money will be transferred back to your account and the order will not be sent.
Your order will ordinarily be shipped for free within 3 - 5 working days. JOHNNYLOVE covers all duties and taxes.
RETURNS. You can return your goods (or parts of the shipment) within 14 days after you received it, for a full refund. The item(s) we receive must not be notably used and must be packed in a similar manner as we sent it as to preserve the garment as new. This means there must be no wrinkles, scents, tears or misshaping of the garments beyond what must be expected from proper handling. JohnnyLove does not cover costs of return shipments outside Norway.
RETURNS OUTSIDE NORWAY. Due to different customs regulations in different territories, JOHNNYLOVE needs to arrange the shipment of your return/exchange items. Contact our sales department at webshop@johnnylove.no or call +47 73 51 86 80 and we’ll set the shipment up for you.
We can not accept returns that are sent directly to our business address without the proper correspondence mentioned above. Without the correct customs registration (provided by us), the package will be deemed “illegal import”, and will not reach us. So please mail or call us.
